El Paso, Texas – With the November 2026 General and Special Election fast approaching, the El Paso County Elections Department will host Ballot by Mail Informational Sessions in the month of September at several City of El Paso Senior Centers to inform voters about mail in voting. These sessions will cover who qualifies to vote by mail, how to apply, important application and election deadlines and other requirements for requesting and returning a ballot by mail. All sessions are open to the public and voters who qualify to vote by mail are encouraged to attend.
